Step 1- we meet in person or online

First, we start with a personalised consultation to understand your unique needs. Whether protecting your family, business, or planning for retirement, I tailor my approach to fit your goals. I provide advice on all areas of personal and business risk, including: life insurance, income protection, trauma insurance, total permanent disability insurance, health insurance and mortgage insurance.​

 

Step 2 - I present the best options

Next, I use my expertise and network to find the best policies for your needs and budget. I'll present clear, easy-to-understand options so you can make an informed decision.​

 

Step 3 - I process your new policy

Once you've chosen the right coverage, I'll handle all the paperwork and logistics, making the process seamless from start to finish. And rest assured, if the unexpected happens and you need to file a claim, you'll have direct access to me, Kris Haak, for personalised support every step of the way.​​

 

Step 4 - Yearly check-in

If I haven't heard from you in 12 months, I'll check in to ensure your needs are the same and see if any updates are needed for your policy.
